ELECTION DATE: Thursday, April 9, 2020
ELECTION TIME: 2:00 PM (For Ballot Tabulation ONLY)
PLACE: Harbor Pointe Clubhouse by Leland Management Staff ONLY
BALLOTS MUST BE MAILED TO THE ASSOCIATION AT 7 INDIAN RIVER AVE #1206, TITUSVILLE, FL 32796 OR PLACED IN THE SECURED BALLOT BOX OUTSIDE OF THE CLUBHOUSE STARTING MONDAY, MARCH 30 FROM 8AM TO 4:30PM UNTIL THE ELECTION IS HELD ON APRIL 9 AT 2PM. THE ELECTION WILL NOT BE HELD IN PERSON.
The Annual meeting will be postponed in response to the COVID-19 virus. The Association Members will be electing five (5) members to the Board of Directors. Three Leland Management staff members will be present to tabulate the votes while under video recording. In accordance with the Association By-Laws, a quorum is not required, however at least 20% of the eligible voters must cast ballots in order for the election to be valid (42 ballots). Election results will be emailed, as well as posted in each building, on the website, and TV Channel 732. The video recording will be available upon request. The Annual Membership Meeting will be rescheduled once the threat of the COVID-19 virus is resolved.
Designated Voter Certificates are required. If there is more than one owner or the unit is owned by a Trust or Company, then one owner must be designated to vote on behalf of their unit. Ballots signed by someone other than the designated voter are not valid and will not be counted.

(5) open seats for the Board. This includes the following candidates, of which their self- supplied Candidate Intent & Information forms are included in this mailing:
